I've taught everything from vinyasa to prenatal, managed a yoga studio, mentored teacher trainees at Indigo Yoga, and been part of the team deciding which teachers got hired. I've watched auditions from the other side of the room — and I've walked brand-new teachers through their shaky first classes and out the other side. So I know exactly where new teachers shine, where they stall, and what studios are actually looking for.

Session 1 (90 min): You teach me. Terrifying, yes — and exactly the point. Full assessment of where you are.
Session 2 (75 min): Cueing and sequencing on the fly — teaching the bodies in front of you, not the script in your head.
Session 3 (75 min): The room. Modifications, injuries, nervous students, real-class curveballs.
Session 4 (75 min): Getting hired. Auditions, studio outreach, subbing etiquette — from someone who's done the hiring.

I got certified online — is that a problem?
Not at all. Online certs open doors that $3,500 in-person trainings keep shut. The knowledge is real; what's missing is reps and feedback. That's what we build.
I'm SO nervous to teach in front of you.
Good — that means it matters. Teaching me first is the whole point: every mistake happens in a safe room with someone rooting for you, before it ever happens in a studio.
Where do sessions happen?
In person in the Montville, NJ / Denville, NJ area, or virtually — practice-teaching over video works better than you'd think.
What if I'm not sure which option fits?
That's exactly what the free intro call is for. I'll tell you honestly what would help — even if the answer is “not me yet.”
