Hi! I’m Samantha — a mom, yoga teacher, and the person behind Zen City Yoga.
I know how full this season can feel — trying to take care of yourself while also being everything for everyone else. It’s not always easy to find time, space, or even a moment to just be.
I created this because I truly believe we don’t need more pressure right now — we just need somewhere to land.
This is a space to show up exactly as you are, breathe a little deeper, move a little, and feel a little less alone.
