Vinyasa Flow
Move with your breath.
Dynamic, flowing sequences linking movement to breath — strength, flexibility, and balance in one creative practice. We flow through sun salutations, build to a peak pose, and land in a savasana you've earned. Challenging enough to be fun, adaptable enough for any level.
Yin
Slow down. Sink in. Let go.
Long-held, deep stretches targeting connective tissue — part flexibility work, part moving meditation, all exhale. The introvert of yoga styles, and proud of it.
Mobility Training
Move better everywhere else.
Functional flexibility, strength, and joint control — the unsexy work that prevents injury, kills stiffness, and makes everything else you do (golf, lifting, chasing toddlers) feel easier. Your future body says thanks.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Quiet the noise.
Guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness tools you can actually take off the mat — into traffic, meetings, and the 3am mental spiral. No experience needed. Yes, you can 'do' meditation. Sitting there counts.
Prenatal Yoga
Built for the body that's building a body.
Trimester-adapted movement, breath techniques you'll actually use in labor, and deep rest for the most demanding season your body will ever work through. Taught by a prenatal-certified instructor and mom of two — full details on the Prenatal page →
Reiki-Infused Yoga
Movement meets energy work.
Gentle yoga woven with Reiki from a certified Reiki Master. Release what you're holding — the tension you know about and the tension you don't. For anyone curious about the deeper end of the pool.
Mommy & Me (0-10 months, pre-walkers)
Come back to your body. Bring the baby.
Gentle, postnatal-friendly movement for you while your little one snuggles, watches, or naps on the mat beside you. This hour is honestly for you — rebuilding strength, releasing feed-and-carry tension in your neck and shoulders, and remembering you have a body that's yours, not just baby's. And because everyone in the room is in the same beautiful blur, you'll leave with something rare: other new moms who get it. Crying, feeding, and diaper breaks aren't interruptions here — they're expected. Come as you are, leave a little more you.
Power Yoga (private sessions)
Sweat, with intention.
Fast-paced and strength-forward for when you want a real workout that still ends grounded. Break a sweat, push your edge, leave steadier than you came.
Restorative (private sessions)
Do less. Feel more.
Fully supported, deeply restful poses held with props doing all the work. For the depleted, the overtrained, the touched-out, and anyone whose nervous system needs a formal apology.
Yoga for Beginners
Everyone started somewhere. Start here.
Foundational poses, breath basics, and alignment without the intimidation. Zero flexibility required — that's what you're here to build. Come exactly as you are.
